Frank Anderson "served as a CIA officer for 30 years prior to retiring in 1994 as the Chief of the Near East Division. He has deep experience throughout the Middle East and also served as Director of the Agency's Office of Technical Services. Frank currently serves as President of the Middle East Policy Council where he works with a wide range of officials in the Middle East and beyond. He speaks Arabic and French."
