Francisco Ingouville

Francisco Ingouville "is a senior consultant, trainer and facilitator for Insight Partners. He has worked for governments, corporations and NGO's worldwide, and is a principle in Ingouville & Nelson an Argentine based consulting firm. Mr. Ingouville has over twenty years of experience in the private sector, and was the CEO of an advertising and marketing firm. In addition to his corporate interests, Mr. Ingouville has significant interest in the environment. He spent ten years doing volunteer work for the Environmental and Natural Resources Foundation, a leading Argentine environmental law and policy NGO. In 1996, Mr. Ingouville became a Mason Fellow at Harvard University, then spent time mediating in Massachusetts courts, teaching negotiation workshops at Harvard University and Harvard Law School, and undertaking part-time positions with conflict resolution firms and NGO's. He has published numerous articles, including his book On the Same Side, which outlines the ideas of win-win negotiations through the use of one-hundred thirty short stories." [1]
