Biographical Information

"Francisco Barnés was designated as the head of the National Institute of Ecology and Climate Change by the President of Mexico in March 2011. Prior to this he was a partner at McKinsey & Company as part of the global leadership team on Energy and Sustainability Practices, advising governments, NGOs, private companies and public sector institutions."
