Francis M. Ssekandiis the Director and Founding Member of IPM Associates, and is an adjunct Law Professor at Columbia University (2001 to current). Previous Positions Held include: Former Deputy Director in the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs (1981-97), Visiting Professor of International Law, Wayne State University (1979-80), General Counsel of the African Development Bank (1997-2000), and Justice of Uganda Supreme Court (1974-79).
