Floyd Abrams is an attorney and First Amendment expert. He defended R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company against FTC's complaint resulting from R.J. Reynolds's 3/19/85 "Of Cigarettes and Science" ad regarding the MR FIT trial (L. White, Merchants 1988).
