Fair Courts America (FLA) describes itself as the "nation’s premier organization dedicated to preserving the Founders’ intent that the judicial branch of government renders equal justice under the law." The group uses advocacy and education to spread information about public offices that connects the courts to voters. [1]
As a registered PAC, Fair Courts America has weaponized its funding, dumping millions into conservative elections.
The PAC is run and funded by Billionaire Richard Uihlein and his wife, Elizabeth. Richard and Elizabeth founded Uline, a shipping and packing company. [2]
Fair Courts America is part of Richard Uihlein's broader Restoration of America network. The network includes The Voter Reference Foundation and The Foundation for the Restoration of America. [3]

Weaponized Dark Money to Support Far-Right Wisconsin Supreme Court Canidate
In the run-up to the pivotal 2023 Wisconsin State Supreme Court Election, Fair Courts America pledged to do whatever it takes to elect Dan Kelly, “Fair Courts America is committed to spending millions of dollars to help educate voters in support of Justice Dan Kelly...He is a consistent conservative with impeccable judgment and superior intellect. In these turbulent times, we cannot take a chance on untested, unproven alternatives.” For reference from previous elections, the Uihleins dumped $5.8 million dollars into electing Ron Johnson. [4]
Ties to The Voter Reference Foundation
In the wake of the 2020 election, The Voter Reference Foundation stepped out as a new frontline conservative group that set out to challenge the 2020 election results. The group has been analyzing state voter rolls looking for disparities. The group is led by Doug Truax, a former Trump campaign official. Through investigative reporting done by ProPublica, it was discovered that one of the group's major super PAC funders is predominantly funded by billionaire Richard Uihlein. [5]
