"Hollander previously served as Executive Director of the Monsignor John J. Egan Urban Center at DePaul University. There, she led efforts to address critical urban problems, alleviate poverty and promote social justice in the Chicago metropolitan community through teaching, service and scholarship. Hollander also served as President of the Government Assistance Program in Illinois and is the former Director of Planning for the City of Chicago under Mayor Harold Washington. Her educational background includes an honors bachelor's degree in political science from Bryn Mawr College." [1]
