Eleri was a Councillor for the London Borough of Ealing for 16 years where she was the Chair of Social Services and Personnel Committees. From 1996-2006 Eleri served as Chair of NHS Hospital Trust in Mid Wales. [1]
She represented Southfield for the Conservative Party from 1978 to 1994. [1]
