Biographical Information
"Eleanor Kelly joined the Open Society Foundations in February 2012. Based in London, Kelly is the Communications Officer for Open Society Foundations in Europe. She works with programs, grantees, and Open Society offices around Europe to help shape and amplify their work with different audiences.
"Prior to joining the Open Society Foundations, Kelly spent four years with UK communications agency Chime Communications. There, she worked on a range of corporate, social, and political communications campaigns, with a particular focus on attitude change. Her experience includes work in South Asia, the Middle East, and Somalia, as well as working with minority communities in the UK and Europe. Kelly has an MPhil from the University of Cambridge in International Relations and speaks French. "[1]
