Elaine L. Edgcomb, Advisor to the Pro Mujer Board, is Director of The Aspen Institute's Microenterprise Fund for Innovation, Effectiveness, Learning and Dissemination (FIELD), a program aimed at advancing the field of microenterprise development in the U.S. As part of that work, she has directed the development of MicroTest, guided the incubation of MicroMentor, and launched the Scale Academy for Microenterprise Development. Previously, she served for 13 years as the founding Executive Director of the Small Enterprise Education and Promotion (SEEP) Network. Ms. Edgcomb also served as Regional Director for Central America and the Caribbean for Catholic Relief Services. She is the author and editor of works on evaluation practice, institutional development, financial analysis, and on microenterprise strategies implemented both internationally and in the U.S." [1]
