Biographical Details

"Mr. Epshtein received a Diploma of Technology, with honors, from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2005 while specializing in the mining group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP audit and assurance practice in Vancouver. Mr. Epshtein was previously employed as controller of four public exploration companies where he managed the financial reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. He is also chief financial officer of Canada Energy Partners Inc. an oil and gas company."
