Edie Allen

Edie Allen "began her career in the peace movement twenty-five years ago as a volunteer with Women's Action for New Directions (WAND, a Ploughshares Fund grantee), where she has served on Board of Directors ever since. “One of the inspiring people I met at WAND was Naila Bolus, then a student intern, and now Ploughshares Fund’s executive director.” A working artist, she is the founder and president of the Colombe Foundation, which “seeks to create a peaceful world through changes in American policy."
