Earl Katz has been executive producer of numerous video documentaries including: The Peace Ship to Nicaragua, The CIA & World Peace, and Only One Earth. He was fund raiser for The Winter Soldier Investigation, a documentary film for Vietnam Veterans Against War (Cannes Film Festival). Mr. Katz initiated production of Night of at Least a Dozen Stars - I Love Liberals (HBO). His documentaries have been an adjunct to his career as a political, social justice, and environmental activist since 1970. He has led several national and international peace and environmental initiatives, many under the aegis of Fellowship of Reconciliation. His proposal won a $20 million grant from the National Park Service for the museums built at Liberty and Ellis Islands. Mr. Katz consults to the nonprofit sector through his company, Creative Philanthropy. He has worked with hundreds of nonprofit organizations. As a young man, he was an executive with IBM, Senior Vice President of Consumer Research Corporation, Founder of Yachtshareholders Inc., Co-owner of Estate Carlton Hotel in St. Croix, U.S.V.I., and Marketing Director at HomeData Corp., and Commodities Recovery Organization."
