EPTC, or S-ethyl dipropyl(thiocarbamate), is a thiocarbamate herbicide. As of 1999, it is one of the top 10 most commonly used herbicides in the United States.[1]

Pollution of Waterways

According to a 1999 U.S. Geological Survey publication, EPTC was among the top herbicides found in streams in agricultural areas.[2]
