EIS Solutions is a Grand Junction, Colorado-based public relations and astroturfing firm that handles government affairs, lobbying and PR for companies involved in the energy industry. The group's principle spokesperson for energy industry issues in Colorado is Curtis Moore.[1][2][3]

Front group organizing activity
EIS Solutions organized Environmentally Conscious Consumers for Oil Shale, a front group for the energy industry and gas drilling interests in Colorado.[4]
It was reported that former Colorado State Senator Josh Penry, a Republican who lost a bid to become Governor, accepted a job with EIS Solutions after the 2010 election.[5][6]
