Dudley Hafner is executive vice president for the American Heart Association in Dallas, Texas. Dudley Hafner contributed to the Surgeon General's Report in 1989 and has specific knowledge about the 25 years of progress since the Surgeon General has addressed the issue of tobacco smoking and health.
