Biographical Information
"Douglass Sims is an attorney who specializes in energy and sustainability issues. For the past 8 years, Douglass has worked as a project finance specialist at Allen & Overy LLP, a leading international law firm. During that time, Douglass worked on infrastructure and energy projects, primarily in Latin America and Africa. His also a partner in BlackTartan LLC, a media company developing projects in support of the protection of the Amazon region and its cultures."[1]
