Doug Wilson
Doug Wilson is a Member of the Board of Directors of The Howard Gilman Foundation, a non-profit organization focusing on public policy, the arts and wildlife conservation. In his Board Member capacity, Wilson oversees the development and implementation of domestic and international policy programs at the Foundation's White Oak Conference Center facilities in northern Florida. He is also President of The Leaders Project, a non-profit initiative he co-founded with former US Defense Secretary William Cohen, to bring together successor generation leaders from around the world on a cross-disciplinary basis, to promote new networks and new thinking on international issues. www.leadersproject.net
Wilson is a "former foreign policy advisor to Senator Gary Hart, has also served as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs, and as Political Director of the Democratic Leadership Council."[1] He also served as Director of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs at the US Information Agency
