"From 2002 to 2007, Ms. Herrera-Pol headed the team responsible for the World Bank’s plain-vanilla debt products, including global bonds and emerging market bond issues. From 1997 to 2002, she headed the team responsible for designing and delivering financial products to World Bank clients. Previously, she worked with the World Bank's funding and investor relations programs. Before joining the World Bank, Ms. Herrera-Pol conducted sovereign debt negotiations for the Dominican Republic."
