Donna Heivilin

Donna Heivilin "is a former director for applied research and methods for the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), where she has previously served as director for quality and risk management, director of defense management and NASA issues among other positions. She has spoken or presented at events held by numerous foundations and institutions, including the Brookings Institution, the Institute for International Research, and the World Future Society. She is the founder of the "Women in Developing Countries" project for The International Alliance for Women, where she served as president. She was also president of the Executive Women in Government Association." [1]
