The Donee Group was a "wide-ranging coalition of nonprofit groups and free thinking individuals was organized by Pablo Eisenberg in 1975 and began meeting in tandem with the Filer Commission." [1] In 1976 the Group created the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy.
