Donald Stewart Johnston was President and CEO of American Tobacco Company from 1992-1994. Johnston was president and Chief Executive Officer of the American Tobacco Co. in 1994 (Johnston statement 4/14/94). He testified before the Waxman Subcommittee House Energy and Commerce Committee, Subcommittee on Health and the Environment 4/14/94. He stated "And I, too, believe that nicotine is not addictive."
