Biography

Donald R. Shopland is a public health advisor for the Smoking and Tobacco Control Program for the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD in 1993 (Orleans & Slade). He was a contributor to Orleans & Slade Nicotine Addiction in 1993. He has edited numourous Surgeon General's reports on smoking and disease.
