Donald R. Mickelwait "is Chairman and CEO of Experience International Inc. He founded Development Alternatives Inc. and was its CEO for 30 years. As DAI's CEO, he worked with Experience, Inc. when it was acquired, and retained his interest when the company separated from DAI and was reorganized in January 2000. Mr. Mickelwait is a rural economist who has led 15 major design teams in agriculture, agribusiness, and rural development, working under contract to both USAID and the ADB. He has lived in Asia, including China, for 10 years, and presently divides his time between Bangkok, Beijing, and Baghdad." [1]
