Don Shumka
Don Shumka "is Vancouver based and is the President and Managing Director of Walden Management Ltd., a consulting firm specializing in natural resources. From 1989 to 2004, he was Managing Director, Investment Banking with CIBC World Markets and Raymond James Ltd. Prior to 1989, Mr. Shumka was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of West Fraser Timber Co. Ltd., one of Canada’s largest forest products companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Harvard University.
