Don has held positions in Contracting, Finance, Program Management and General Management in premier corporations such as Sanders Associates, Lockheed Corporation, Lockheed Martin Corporation and BAE SYSTEMS.

"Most recently, Don served as president of BAE SYSTEMS’ Electronic Warfare Line of Business which is the world leader in the EW segment of the Defense Electronics Market. BAE’s EW business employs more that 4,000 people in 6 U.S. states with headquarters in Nashua, New Hampshire. Under Don’s 6-year leadership of the EW Business, the company secured undisputed market leadership in the segment by growing to nearly $2 billion in annual sales.

"Prior to this assignment, Don led such high profile defense electronics programs such as the F-22 Raptor Fighter program and the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program.
