Biographical Information

"Dominique Trempont has served on the DMGT board since 2011, and has proven to be a strong advisor and strategic guide in their reviews of RMS operations. Dominique, a storied executive and board member in software/SaaS, new media and clean technology, has been on the Board of Directors of several public and private companies over the past 9 years.

"From 1999 to 2002, he was the Chairman and CEO at Kanisa, where he was one of the first to experiment with the cloud/on-demand software business model. From 1997 to 1999 as President and CEO, he built a $150M business in 2 years while at Gemplus Corporation (now Gemalto), the world leader in smart cards.

"Dominique was recruited in 1993 by Steve Jobs to be the CFO and Head of Operations to restart NeXT as a software company in the enterprise market. In 1997 NeXT became the industry leader in the emerging web application space." [1]
