In addition, it offers infrastructure services; and outsourcing services, such as on and off-site backup, storage, bandwidth, managed firewall, virtual private networks, load balancing, support services, online account management, stress testing, business center services, database administration, e-mail services, antivirus, operating system management, DNS management, intrusion detection system, and Microsoft cluster. The company was formerly known as Diginet Americas, Inc. and changed its name to Diveo Broadband Networks, Inc. in April 2000. The company was founded in 1996 and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with Internet Data Centers located in Brasil, Colombia, México, and Miami. It also has broadband network coverage in Colombia and Brasil." [1]
