Biography
Dennis Yao was a Federal Trade Commission commissioner (1994). Voted for a ban of R.J. Reynolds's "Joe Camel" advertising campaign (5/94) (Brown & Williamson 6/13/94). Mr. Yao is Associate Professor of Public Policy and Management at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
