The Democracy and Human Rights Education in Europe (DARE) Network, "was officially launched on 28 June 2003 in Antwerp (Belgium). During a General Assembly the members of the network elected a Board and approved a workplan for the period 2003-2004. The network currently consists of 37 members from 23 countries in Europe." [1]
