Biographical Information
"Deirdre Imus is a national leader in children’s health and environmental awareness. She is the founder and president of the Deirdre Imus Environmental Center for Pediatric Oncology, part of Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. She is also the co-founder and co-director, along with her husband, Don Imus, of the Imus Cattle Ranch for Kids with Cancer. Deirdre is a best-selling author of the “Green This!” series, including her latest book, “The Essential Green You: Easy Ways to Diet, Your Body, and Your Life.” She is also the author of “The Imus Ranch: Cooking For Kids And Cowboys.”" [1]
