Biographical Information

"David was a Senior Executive with Barclays Bank for 15 years. His final role prior to retirement was as Regional Corporate Director with responsibility for business banking across the Midlands. He is also the Chairman of the Insolvency Practices Council, a national public interest body that advises the insolvency profession and its regulators on the professional and ethical standards of insolvency practitioners."
