Biographical Information
David joined the Company in October 2010 as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee. Previously, he was executive director of corporate development at Johnson Matthey plc. David is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and has an MA in mineralogy and petrology from Trinity College, Cambridge. He is chairman of the advisory board of Conduit Ventures Limited and a member of the supervisory board of SFC Energy AG. Previously, he was executive director of corporate development at Johnson Matthey plc. "[1]
