Biographical Information
"David Meaden is Chief Executive of Northgate Public Services. He is responsible for the company’s overall strategic development in its core markets of local government, police, health, central government, transport and utilities. David has lead Northgate Public Services for over 10 years during which time the company has grown four-fold. Prior to Northgate, David worked at Bull, Burroughs and Hewlett Packard." [1]
