Biography
David M. Welsh was Internal Auditor of Liggett & Meyers, Inc., from 1973 to 1974. In 1974 he was Vice President of Finance and Comptroller. In 1978 to 1990 he was Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration of Liggett & Meyers, Inc., and its successor Liggett Group, Inc. (N.M., L & M Liability Notebook, Section 3, Personnel List). D.M. Welsh was a Liggett employee. (PMI's Introduction to Privilege Log and Glossary of Names, Estate of Burl Butler v. PMI, et al, April 19, 1996) He was employed by Liggett Group, Inc. and served as Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration and was on the Board of Directors from 1988 to 1989.
