David J. Munro B.Eng, MBA "has been Group Chief Executive Officer of CEMEX Investments Limited since January 19, 2004. Mr. Munro has been a Development Director of Kazakhmys Plc since April 2009. Mr. Munro served as a Strategy Director of Kazakhmys Plc since October 1, 2006. Mr. Munro served as the Group Chief Executive of RMC Group PLC from January 19, 2004 to March 2005. Mr. Munro served as Chief Development Officer of BHP Billiton PLC and BHP Billiton Ltd. from February 2003 to 2004. Mr. Munro joined Gencor Ltd., in 1981 and served as its Executive Director of New Business and Trading. He served as Managing Director of Billiton International and General Manager of Manganese, Samancor Ltd. He held positions of Vice President of Strategy and Business Development from 2002 to 2003 and Executive Director of Aluminium from 1997 to 2002. He has been in the metals and mining industry since 1977. Mr. Munro has been an Executive Director of Kazakhmys PLC since September 23, 2005 and Lonmin Plc since August 10, 2007. He served as a Non Executive Director of Wogen Plc (Wogen Group Ltd.) from October 6, 2005 to March 8, 2007. He served as Executive Director of Billiton PLC. Prior to Billiton's merger with BHP, he served as Director and was responsible for Billiton's global aluminium and base metals businesses. Mr. Munro is a mining engineer by profession. He holds an MBA." [1]

In 2003: BHP Billiton has announced the resignation of Mr David Munro following his decision to join RMC Group p.l.c. as Group Chief Executive in mid-January 2004. Mr Munro is the Chief Development Officer of BHP Billiton.
