David Ernest Merrill was a Philip Morris Environmental Compliance & Engineering Director circa 1994. He has served as a witness for the Defense in lawsuits against the tobacco industry.
Biography
Mr. Merrill was the Director of Environmental Compliance and Engineering and he gave a deposition that was 387 pages on 6/29/95 and 6/30/95 for the Philip Morris v. ABC case. [1][2]
