David Davies

David Rees Davies was appointed Chief Counsel for Philip Morris International, Inc. (PMII) European Economic Community (EEC) and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (EEMA) regions in January, 1995. Davies succeeded Andre Reiman, who was appointed Senior Vice President of PM's EEC Region. David Davies relocated from Australia to Lausanne, Switzerland for his appointment as Chief Counsel. In this position he reported to Lee Pollak, who was Vice President and General Counsel for PM International, Inc. Prior to this appointment, Davies was Vice President of Philip Morris Corporate Affairs - Australia. Before that, he was Associate General Counsel of Philip Morris USA.
