David Chandler "is Professor of International Relations at the Centre for the Study of Democracy, University of Westminster. He is a regular media Dr David Chandler, editor of the Journal of Intervention and Statebuilding and the editor of the Routledge book series Studies in Intervention and Statebuilding.
