Darryl Smith "is a founding partner of Fidelis Capital Partners LLC, a Dallas-based buyout firm focused on small to mid-cap companies. He has extensive experience in operations and strategic turnarounds starting his career at Accenture, Inc. before joining Platinum Equity, the 22nd largest private equity firm in the US according to Forbes Magazine. As vice president of Platinum Equity, Smith performed financial due diligence and formulated strategy for more than 20 businesses ranging in size from $10 million to $1 billion in annual revenues. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Wharton School."
