Eastman "has over 30 years in financial, tax and management planning. In addition he has taught accounting and financial courses at various colleges. He received his Bachelors Degree from St. Bonaventure University in 1971, served in the US Army CID command in Washington DC from 1971-73 and became a Certified Public Accountant (New York) in 1976. His experience in public, non-profit and private firms supports McManis & Monsalve Associates internal operations and external consulting practice. Financial planning and implementation of small business financial systems are extensions of his participation in the consulting practice." [1]
