Daniel P. Burnham is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Raytheon Company.
Burnham has been a director of the Company since 1998. Prior to becoming President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in 1998, he was Vice Chairman of AlliedSignal, Inc. from October 1997 and President of AlliedSignal Aerospace and an Executive Vice President of AlliedSignal, Inc. from 1992 until becoming Vice Chairman in 1997. Mr. Burnham is currently on the Board of Directors of FleetBoston Financial Corporation.[1]
