He serves as General Manager of Coopérative Agricole Limagrain (France), Mouvement pour une Organisation Mondiale de l’Agriculture SAS (France) and Sélia SAS (France). He served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Limagrain since 1996. He served as Chief Executive Officer of the Agro-Industry division and Deputy Corporate Chief Executive Officer at Groupe Limagrain Holding SA. Mr. Chéron served as Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Administrateur of Vilmorin & Cie, SA (Vilmorin Clause & Cie SA). He joined Groupe Limagrain in 1976. He has been an Independent Director at Naturex S.A. since June 24, 2015 and its Chairman of the Board since June 6, 2018. He serves as a Director of Jacquet-Brossard. Mr. Chéron served as a Director of Vilmorin Clause & Cie SA since 2006. He serves as Director of Cylonie Ré SA (Luxembourg) and Genoplante Valor SAS (France). He is a graduated in economics from the University of Orléans (France)."[1]
