Curtis A. Glovier


Curtis A. Glovier is a Managing Director of Perseus. Prior to joining Perseus, Mr. Glovier served as a Managing Director of Nassau Capital (the private equity investment firm that managed approximately $2 billion on behalf of Princeton University) and was responsible for all aspects of the direct investment process, including identifying and developing opportunities, negotiating and closing transactions and developing strategic plans and exit strategies for portfolio companies. Prior to that, Mr. Glovier worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Structured Finance and Leveraged Buyout groups. Mr. Glovier was also a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and worked at The New York Power Authority in the Strategic Planning area. He has served as a director of companies in the energy technology, communications and manufacturing areas. Mr. Glover is a member of the Board of Directors of Converse, Inc.


Mr. Glovier holds a B.A., cum laude, from Princeton University, a M.Ec., with high distinction, from James Cook University in Australia, and an M.B.A. as a Palmer Scholar from The Wharton School.
