Craig Skaggs, sometimes referred to by his full name L. Craig Skaggs, was "a longtime DuPont Co. lobbyist and spokesman." [1]
In 1996 Skaggs was External Affairs Manager for DuPont. [2] He was later Regional Manager before his retirement in 2002. [3]
