Description

Council for Burley Tobacco was a plaintiff with R. J. Reynolds and four other plaintiffs in the suit against the EPA filed on June 22, 1993 in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, asking the court to declare EPA's Risk Assessment on Environmental Tobacco Smoke null and void (DJ 7/21/94).
