Conservative Group for Europe

The Conservative Group for Europe is a pro-European Union grouping within the Conservative Party.

Objective

The CGE exists to promote Britain's vigorous and purposeful membership of the European Union and a Europe built on Conservative principles of an open market, individual and business opportunity and a responsible engagement in world affairs. It believes in a hard-headed defence of British interests in Europe as a committed player.
