"The Community Health Africa Trust is a Kenyan registered Community Based Organisation (CBO), which is located in the Laikipia region of Northern Kenya. This organisation was established in 1999 and originally formed part of a community outreach programme for the world-renowned Mpala Ranch in the Laikipia region. At its inception this project was known as the Mpala Mobile Clinic, which operated under the auspices of the Mpala Community Trust." [1]
