"Colin S Walton is CEO of C S Walton Consulting Ltd and is Non-Executive Director of various other companies. He is Chairman of Derby & Derbyshire Rail Forum and President of the Light Rapid Transit Forum. He is also Chair of the Local Enterprise Partnership for Derby & Derbyshire and Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. He is also East Midlands Chair for the Prince's Trust and sits on the All-England Council. He is Chairman of the Railway Industry Association and Member of the Board of the UK Rail Skills Academy.
