Club des vigilants

Think tank founded in 1999 by Marc Ullmann, Club des Vigilants is independent and non-partisan.

It is inspired by the following ideas:

· Primary statement : It is not possible to understand the world as it is, and even less possible to tame the future, by without breaking out one’s area of expertise.

· Mission statement : To detect risks and opportunities by bringing together people with diverse experiences and outlooks; to distill complex situations by looking for possible virtuous cycles; to work at triggering such cycles.

· Means : Debates, newsletter & blog, cross-specialty workgroups under a “pilot”, case-by-case analysis with a view to having an impact rather than creating buzz.
